Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting for California

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) approved a regulation for mandatory reporting of greenhouse gas emissions from major sources, in accordance with the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB32). A revised version of regulation will be made available in February 2008.
