Revised EDR Instructions

US EPA revised it's Clean Air Markets Electronic Data Reporting (EDR) v2.1 and v2.2 instructions. Two new record types, RT 532 and RT 617, have been added to the EDR. Other than that, there are no structural differences or differences in the data element descriptions between the March 2003 and December 2005 editions.

US EPA Clean Air Markets Data: 3rd Quarter 2005

Third Quarter 2005 Hourly Emissions Data from US EPA Clean Air Markets programs are available. Emissions and operational data from these data files can be reviewed and analyzed with EDR Trend

Monitor Data Checking Software Version 4.2.54

US EPA Clean Air Markets issued Monitor Data Checking (MDC) Software v4.2.54, revised as of December 14, 2005. This version is being released to update the MDC Hourly functionality that evaluates the QA status of Appendix D Fuel Flowmeter Systems and Appendix E NOx emission rate systems (previously released as Beta in the September 2005 version). EPA plans to use this MDC Hourly functionality to perform quarterly electronic audits of Appendix D and E units, starting with the 1st quarter of 2006 EDR submissions. Units using Appendix D and E monitoring methods should download and review the materials provided in the Electronic Audits of Appendix D and E Data section.

Also, MDC CAMD Export Files data are refreshed as of December 13, 2005.
