Revised Part 75 Emissions Monitoring Policy Manual

A revised Part 75 Emissions Monitoring Policy Manual is available from US EPA Clean Air Markets Division. This October 28, 2003 revision of the previouly titled "Acid Rain Program Policy Manual" reflects the June 12, 2002 amendments to the Part 75 regulations. The revised manual also includes new guidance for recertification and diagnostic testing in Chapter 13, and revised guidance concerning add-on control device installations in Chapter 16.

Second Quarter 2003 Hourly Emissions Data from EPA Clean Air Markets Acid Rain/NOx Budget Programs are available from EPA's Web site. Emissions and operational data from these data files can be reviewed and analyzed with EDRtrend.
