Monitoring Data Checking (MDC) Software Version 4.1

MDC Version 4.1 is available from EPA Clean Air Markets Division, revised as of June 19, 2003. This version of MDC supersedes MDC v4.1 Beta which was previously posted. This version supports the June 12, 2002 revisions to Part 75 and has the capability of processing and evaluating electronic data in EDR version 2.2. It also includes an upgraded module that can generate EDR reports for low mass emissions (LME) units (including groups of units with a common fuel supply) in EDR v2.2.
