Note: Beginning with the first quarter of 2009, a new XML-based (eXtensible Markup Language) data format will replace the text-based EDR format (EDR versions 2.1/2.2). As a result, the current versions of EDR Trend will no longer be able to read data from the Acid Rain and CAIR Programs after 4h Quarter 2008 (however, previous data will be available in EDR format). A new program is under development to support this change.

Note: US EPA modified their Clean Air Markets Web site. EDR data are now available from Emissions Data Prepackaged Data Sets or the US EPA FTP site in ZIP archives. An updated version of EDR Trend is available that incorporates these changes.
