Monitor Data Checking Software Version 4.2.53

US EPA Clean Air Markets issued Monitor Data Checking (MDC) Software v4.2.53, revised as of September 30, 2005. This version of MDC supersedes MDC v4.2.51 which was previously posted in March, 2005. This version is being released to provide new beta functionality in MDC Hourly that evaluates the QA status of Appendix D Fuel Flowmeter Systems and Appendix E NOx emission rate systems. EPA plans to use this new functionality to perform quarterly electronic audits of Appendix D and E units, starting in the 1st quarter of 2006. Units using Appendix D and E monitoring methods should download and review the materials provided in Appendix D Electronic Audit Information (pdf, 47pp., 7.6MB) and Appendix E Electronic Audit Information (pdf, 31pp., 5MB).

Clean Air Markets CEMS Monitoring Plan and QA Data

US EPA Monitoring Data Checking Software (MDC) Export Files data are refreshed as of September 10, 2005. US EPA Clean Air Markets Division (CAMD) EDR-format files exported from the MDC database contain facility-level files for continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) monitoring plan and quality assurance test data from 2002 and later.
