Overview
On August 09, 2010 the US EPA finalized mercury emission regulations for portland cement manufacturers. Also inculded in the proposed amendments are performance specifications for mercury continuous emission monitors (CEMS), as well as updated recordkeeping and testing requirements:

On December 21, 2011 the US EPA announced standards to limit mercury, acid gases, and other toxic pollution from power plants:
